Lateness

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled
appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Rescheduling/ Cancellations

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below. Deposits are transferable once.

Please understand that failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% cancellation fee. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY


If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this
case, for your safety and that of other clients.

No Show

If client fails to attend my appointment whether on purpose or by forgetting to cancel. raeste co reserves the right to charge your card 100% of your service(s)

raeste co accepts all forms of payments. Cash, Card, and Vagaro Pay.

Additional Guests

To ensure each client receives our undivided attention and the best possible service, we kindly request that appointments be attended by the client only. Regrettably, additional guests or companions cannot be accommodated during appointments. This policy allows us to focus entirely on the needs and care of the client who has reserved the appointment slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an environment dedicated to delivering personalized and focused services to each individual client
